Womens Beauty

What woman doesn't look in the mirror and find something to worry about.

Here is a list of things you can try without needing special discounts or coupons for makeup, cosmetics, skin care, hair care, facial creams or body lotion.

1. Stop worrying
2. Eat healthy
3. Be less controlling
4. Relax
5. Take mini-vacations

Stop Worrying
For a woman to be beautiful, she needs to be at  peace and allow her inner glow to connect with the world around her. Using makeup to hide blemishes caused by excessive stress and constant worrying does not produce vibrant healthy women. Men are attracted to healthy detached girly women with shine in their eyes. Look in the mirror, find your biggest flaw and work on it. Whether it be weight, hair, skin, dental or an overall run-down appearance. Stop worrying about every little detail. Take careful evaluation, perform action and forget about it.

Eat Healthy
Everyone woman knows she should be eating healthy. Problem is, women are either constantly dieting or stuffing their face with junk. Eat smaller portions, not to lose weight, but because your body becomes stressed when you put more than a quarter pound of food down your pie hole. Snack on fruit and raw vegetables. Break your meals into two mini-meals that you eat an hour or two apart. Stay away from canola oil. Use organic butter. Avoid alcohol, smoking, sugar and processed carbs. We know you love your candy.

Be Less Controlling
This really is a continuation of Stop Worrying. If you would stop sitting around looking for things to concern yourself with, you wouldn't stumble upon the idea of needing to dictate to others. It is natural for women to be motherly, but what comes natural can become a constant stressful insane need to control everyone and every *thing* in your life.

Relax
Sounds easy. Stop worrying, eat healthy, be less controlling. It is not easy to do anything when there is a constant barrage of feelings and thoughts hounding and beating you mercilessly to take action. The answer is to take a timeout. Learn to relax and meditate. Become at peace for just a few moments a day. Make a list of your weekly routine and compare it to how much you needlessly spend time and energy thinking about those and other things. Thinking constantly is just as delusional as having an endless irrational dream. And it wears you down.

Take Mini-Vacations
This is a simple technique for women to engage in activities that take them away from their routine stress. Pick one day a month or week and do something new. Use your imagination. So often, we become bogged down into a routine that never changes much. This wears on our enjoyment of life. Experience new things and become closer to the world. You might learn to actually be happy.
